I wondered why the TV was so loud. But then i discovered...it wasnt the TV... it was my mom! Oops!
ME: Yes ma?
MOM: There's a rishta come for you
ME: hehehehheheheh
MOM: stop laughing
ME: Mom, uve been watching too many K serials
MOM: I'm serious
ME: oh ok... whoz he?
MOM: Remember that aunty who was sitting next to us in Fame Adlabs when we went to see Sarkar?
ME: err...no
MOM: haan...so she saw you thr and liked you... she has a son...he is 25..
ME: i dont remember any aunty
MOM: He works in the Gulf and earns well
ME: i dont want to get married
MOM: oho...think about it...he really earns well and you can make films with his money
ME: err...
MOM: Plus he works in the Gulf... so he wont be here to bother you everyday

We never let our children grow... (no offense meant). Unlike the volatile/almost non-existent child-parent relationship in animals and the west. I say 'non-existent' with contrast to our social bondage.

i left for the gulf in june 07
my mom went to fame adlabs in july last year to watch sarkar
my mom saw a girl there that she liked
ok the last two arent true.. but so is the fact that i wudnt bother u everyday even if i was away :P
ok.. perhaps that got 2 personal.. but i luved the post, laughed my head off & read it out 2 ppl arnd me so.. kudos.. 2 ur MOM 4 all that she said :P
